Convert Bitcoin to Colones
In this guide we will teach you how to convert Bitcoin to Colones (or dollars) through SINPE Móvil.
Open the app
If you haven’t yet downloaded Bitcoin Jungle, click here. Open the Bitcoin Jungle app on your device.
Navigate to the Settings screen
From the Bitcoin Jungle home screen, tap the settings button at the top right of the screen.
Navigate to the SINPE Screen
From the settings screen, navigate to the SINPE Móvil screen at the bottom of the screen.
Sell Bitcoin
In this case, you want to convert Bitcoin to Colones, or that is, sell Bitcoin for Colones.
Enter the amount and currency
Enter the amount and currency you want to receive and click continue.
Enter the destination
Enter the phone number of the recipient (for SINPE Móvil), or an IBAN Account number (starting with CR…). Click verify phone number if you wish to confirm the details of the recipient.
Enter a message
Optionally, you can include a short message with your payment.
Submit Order
Click Send Payment to complete the sale order of Bitcoin. You will receive a SMS message with the comprobante number in a few seconds.
